We invite you to stop by anytime during normal business hours. We are open Monday through Friday 10:00AM til 6:00PM and again on Saturday from 10:00AM til 2:00PM.

Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling charges are assessed according to the total dollar amount of your order. A few items have the shipping charge included in the cost of the item to avoid excess charges. We process most orders within 2 business days. If an item is on backorder or out of stock we will ship according to your instructions. Credit Cards:
All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information on-line you have the option of sending us your order and then calling in your credit card information. You may call Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST and 10:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday. If you send in your order during off hours, please call the following business day with your credit card information including your account number, Name on Card, Expiration Date and the 3-digit security code found on the signature panel on the back of the card.
Personal Check:
You also have the option of placing your order and paying by check. If you choose this option, we will e-mail you your total including shipping. Please wait for our e-mail before sending your check. Please send your check along with a copy of your order to Sew Heavenly, Inc. 2445 Battleground Ave., Greensboro, NC 27408. Your order will be processed once your check is received. We can unable to accept checks drawn on non-US banks.
Return Policy
Custom made clothing and merchandise cut by the yard is not returnable, except in the event of defective goods or shipping error. Merchandise accepted for return will be given store credit or an exchange will be made for the cost of the returned item before shipping and handling. If you are returning an item, please give us a call 336-288-4361 or e-mail us at sew_heavenly@bellsouth.net for a return authorization. We do not accept returns without the authorization number. All merchandise must be returned in original condition. We do not refund shipping and handling charges unless we are unable to replace defective items.
